We may cancel any order if payment is not received, or in case of fraudulent activity.

In case of technical errors in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a booking before the service professional is dispatched.

If the professional is already en route or service has started, cancellation charges may apply.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method as per our Refund Policy.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate address and instructions for service delivery.

Ensure safe and secure access to your premises for the service professional.

Do not misuse our platform or harass professionals.

8. Liability

We act as a platform connecting customers with service providers.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform (logos, text, images, designs) is our property and cannot be copied or reused without written consent.
