This permission is optional and is requested only at the moment you choose to upload or capture media.
We ensure:

We do not access your media without your explicit consent

Users can always Allow or Deny media access permissions. Denying this permission will only restrict features that rely on media uploading; it will not affect the core functionality of the app.

Aapka media kisi third-party ko sell/share nahi karte


User hamesha media access ko Allow ya Deny kar sakta hai, aur permission dena app use karne ke liye compulsory nahi hai (sirf related features ke liye zaruri hoga).

Refund Policy

At ApnaDeal we value our customers and aim to provide the best possible service. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

 

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable for services booked and paid through our official platform.

A refund may be issued if:

The service was not delivered as promised.

The professional did not arrive or complete the job.

The customer cancels the order within the allowed cancellation period.

 

2. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided if:

The customer is dissatisfied due to personal preference after service completion.

The service was completed successfully as per the agreed scope.

The cancellation request is raised after the service has started.

Misuse, negligence, or damage caused by the customer after service.

 

3. Refund Process

Refund requests must be raised within 24-48 hours of service completion/cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

In case of partial completion, a pro-rata refund may be offered.

 

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

In some cases, you may choose to receive the amount as service credits for future bookings.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair for both customers and service providers.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Before Service/Order Confirmation:
Customers can cancel their order or booking at any time before confirmation at no extra cost.

After Confirmation but Before Service/Dispatch:

Food/Grocery/Small Items Cancellation allowed within 5–10 minutes of placing the order. After this window, cancellation may not be possible as the order might already be prepared/packed.

Handyman/Service Bookings: Cancellation allowed up to 2 hours before scheduled service without any charges.

 

2. Late Cancellations

If canceled after the allowed window:

Food/Grocery Orders: Cancellation charges may apply, or refund may not be issued if order is already prepared/shipped.

Handyman Services: A cancellation fee (up to 30% of booking value) may be charged if canceled less than 2 hours before service.

 

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer is not available at the time of delivery/service, it will be treated as a cancellation after dispatch, and charges may apply.


4. Company-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases (unavailability of product, service provider unavailability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances), we may cancel the order/service.

Customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be provided.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery: 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Express/One-Day delivery (if available): Delivered within 24 hours.

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or high-demand seasons.

 

2. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping: Free for orders above ₹300.

Orders below ₹100 Shipping charges of ₹20 apply.

Express/One-Day delivery: Additional charges will be displayed at checkout.

 

3. Packaging & Handling

All products are securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Fragile items are handled with extra care.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.

5. Failed/Delayed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, our partner may attempt re-delivery.

Incorrect address or refusal to accept may result in order cancellation.

1. Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver fresh food within 30–60 minutes, depending on the restaurant’s location and traffic conditions.

Delivery time may vary during peak hours, festivals, or adverse weather.

 

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are dynamic and may vary based on location, restaurant distance, and order value.

Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

 

3. Food Handling & Packaging

Restaurants are responsible for food preparation and packaging.

Our delivery partners ensure safe handling and timely delivery.

 

4. Order Tracking

Live order tracking is available in the app.

You can view your order status from “Order History” anytime.

 

5. Failed/Delayed Deliveries

If delivery is delayed beyond reasonable time, customers may be eligible for a refund or cancellation as per our Refund Policy.

In case of incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be marked as undelivered and charges may apply.

 

6. Delivery location

Delivery facility is available everywhere in India. Currently this application is providing facility on 841219 pin codes. Not delivery available outside India. 

 

Handyman Service Delivery Policy

1. Service Availability

Services are available in selected locations.

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details while booking.


2. Appointment Scheduling

Customers can choose a preferred date and time slot while placing a service request.

Appointment confirmation will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

Same-day or urgent bookings may be subject to technician availability.


3. Service Timelines

Our handyman partners strive to reach your location within the scheduled time slot.

In case of unavoidable delays (traffic, weather, emergencies), customers will be informed in advance.


4. Service Charges & Travel Fees

Charges are displayed before booking confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for:

Emergency/express bookings.

Long-distance travel beyond standard service areas.

Materials, spare parts, or extra tasks not included in the original booking.

 

5. On-Site Service Delivery

Customers are requested to ensure accessibility to the service area.

If the technician cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.

Safety guidelines must be followed by both customers and service providers.


6. Failed/Cancelled Visits

If a customer cancels after the technician has already been dispatched, a visit charge may apply.

No-show or incorrect address will also result in cancellation charges.

8. Read media image/read media video permissions

 

1. Purpose: We request Read Media Images only to let users select/upload profile photos and share images in chat.


2. User choice: The app can access only images the user selects via the system picker; we do not scan the entire gallery.


3. No background processing: We never run background scans or automatic analysis; crop/resize or similar processing happens only after user action.


4. Upload by consent: Images are uploaded to our servers only when the user taps Upload/Send.


5. No sharing without permission: We do not share user images with advertisers, analytics, or third parties without explicit consent.


6. Secure storage & deletion: Uploaded images are encrypted and access-controlled; deletion requests remove files per our retention policy.


7. Least privilege: We request only necessary permissions and will ask before any additional access.
